Phreakon began as a collection of trip hop tracks that were passed around Philly back in 2002-2006, and little by little made their way into the hands of local DJ’s and radio stations, all the way up the east coast mainly by accident as this music was never really promoted.
Phreakon is that late night summer vibe when hot humid Philly nights get you into a mellow urban groove. Reminiscent of Chop Shop style beats, mixed with a little jazz. He does intend on releasing a future album, and has currently been working on it little by little these past few years, but no release date or eta on completion has been set.
